Dragon Impact offers simple flat shipping rates :
Orders Under $100 are a flat rate of $19.99
Orders Between $100 and $200 are a flat rate of $14.99
Orders over $200 are FREE shipping
FREE Shipping does not apply to items that are 'oversized' and require additional shipping costs.
Examples are Shields, Spears, Bo Staffs, BOBXL, etc.
Essentially all items that require an additional fee to ship due to over size or over weight.
All additional shipping fees are listed with each specific item.
The above are sub-totals prior to taxes.
These rates apply to Canadian and U.S.A. orders.
Sorry, we do not ship overseas.
When placing an order your mailing address and
your billing address on your credit card must match.
We do not ship orders to alternate addresses
for security reasons.
If the bank identifies a problem with your address
information you will be contacted by email or phone
before any items are shipped.
All prices, taxes and shipping charges are noted during
the checkout process of the shopping cart. All orders are
shipped via Canada Post. Shipping times depend on the
destination and can range from 1 to 10 business days in
Canada (more for remote locations).
Shipments will require a signature upon arrival.
U.S.A. orders are shipped via Canada Post which gets
taken over by USPS once it crosses the border, usually
within one to two business days. Shipping times are
around 5 business days to most West Coast addresses in
the U.S.A. but can take a longer depending on your exact
location and U.S.A. Customs.
We do not ship overseas.

For online sales outside Vancouver Island we will accept
returns for exchange only minus any shipping charges.
We do not refund shipping charges for online exchanges.
You will be billed shipping to reship the exchanged item.

The returned product must be in
mint unused condition and in the original packaging
and returned within 14 days or purchase.
All in store sales are final.
All warranty issues have to go through the manufacturer
regardless of the brand.
Please note that blade centring or loose bolts on folding
knives is not considered a defect.
If you believe there is a problem that might be a
warranty issue, feel free to contact us and we will give
you the manufacturer's direct contact information.
Mailed return items will not be accepted by Dragon
Impact without a Return Authorization.

Shipping costs are always the customers’ responsibility
the only exception being if we sent you an incorrect item,
in which case return shipping will be reimbursed as
While we try very hard to make sure all orders are sent
out correct and in a timely manner, mistakes do happen
and sometimes the wrong item gets shipped. If there
was a mistake in your order, contact us right away by
email and we will work with you to correct the mistake,
which may involve getting the incorrect item sent back.
In these cases the only acceptable method of return
shipping is Canada Post regular ground service (unless
otherwise directed by our staff). Use of any other
shipping method will result in partial reimbursement
