COVID-19 :

Due to the ongoing public health crisis, we are making

changes to how we operate Dragon Impact for the

forseable future. As events are changing daily, we will

do our very best to update you when we can.

Retail Storefront :

Our retail store is closed to walk-in customers.

You can order your items on this website and

pick-up at the store every day between

12pm and 4pm starting May 19th.

IMPORTANT : Your credit card will NOT be charged.

We will email you once the order is ready for pick up.

You must pay for the order in store when you pick it up.



Why don't you charge my credit card right away? :

Fraud prevention. This ensures no one is using a credit

card without the card owner's permission.

Think of it like booking a hotel room. It reserves

the product for you and like checkout time at a

hotel you can either pay cash, debit or credit

when you come to pick up your order.



Why are you not allowing walk in customers? :

As per WorkSafeBC rules we do not have 6 feet of

the required social distancing space in the store.

We cannot afford over 100 linear feet of barrier

plexiglass to protect our employees and customers.

As most people want to touch and play with our knives

prior to purchasing we cannot afford the extreme

amount of cleaner required and also this may damage

our products.

We are going to follow the professionals advice.

No exceptions.



Online Sales:

We are still accepting and processing online orders,

however due to stock having been moved to a secure

off-site location and because of reduced staff,

orders may take longer than normal to be processed

and shipped.



Due to high volumes, we will not be able to process

last minute cancellations and changes to any order.
