All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited for both Canada and USA.
All shipments come with tracking and insurance.
Canadian shipments will require a signature upon pick-up at your local post office.
Canadian orders will not be "safe drop" shipments as the vast majority of our products are weapons.

SHIPPING RATES
Dragon Impact offers simple flat shipping rates :

The above are sub-totals prior to taxes. These rates apply to Canadian and U.S.A. orders.
Sorry, we do not ship overseas.

When placing an order your mailing address and your billing address on your credit card must match.

We do not ship orders to alternate addresses for security reasons.

If the bank identifies a problem with your address information you will be contacted by email or phone before any items are shipped.

All prices, taxes and shipping charges are noted during the checkout process of the shopping cart.
Shipping times depend on the destination and can range from 1 to 10 business days in Canada (more for remote locations).

U.S.A. orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited which gets taken over by USPS once it crosses the border, usually within one to two business days. Shipping times are around 5 business days to most West Coast addresses in the U.S.A. but can take a longer depending on your exact location and U.S.A. Customs.

We do not ship overseas.

For online sales outside Vancouver Island we will accept returns for exchange only minus any shipping charges.
We do not refund shipping charges for online exchanges.
You will be billed shipping to reship the exchanged item.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ON-LINE ORDERS ONLY ***
The returned product must be in mint unused condition and in the original packaging
and returned within 14 days or purchase.
All in store sales are final.

All warranty issues have to go through the manufacturer regardless of the brand.
Please note that blade centring or loose bolts on folding knives is not considered a defect.

If you believe there is a problem that might be a warranty issue, feel free to contact us and we will give
you the manufacturer's direct contact information.

Mailed return items will not be accepted by Dragon Impact without a Return Authorization.
Please send an email or phone us with your concerns prior to returning your goods

Shipping costs are always the customers’ responsibility the only exception being if we sent you an incorrect item,
in which case return shipping will be reimbursed as described below.

While we try very hard to make sure all orders are sent out correct and in a timely manner, mistakes do happen
and sometimes the wrong item gets shipped. If there was a mistake in your order, contact us right away by
email and we will work with you to correct the mistake, which may involve getting the incorrect item sent back.
In these cases the only acceptable method of return shipping is Canada Post regular ground service (unless
otherwise directed by our staff). Use of any other shipping method will result in partial reimbursement only.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
You must include the receipt for the return shipping in order to be reimbursed.
No receipt, no refund.










Dragon Impact will match any advertised price on an identical product currently advertised on Vancouver Island.

Our 110% Price Match Guarantee :
Dragon Impact's Price Match Guarantee is our assurance that you will get the best price on products you purchase at Dragon Impact. If you find a lower, currently advertised price from a Canadian retailer located on Vancouver Island we will match that price (100%) and beat it by 10% on an identical product (including year, model number, manufacturer warranty, components that may be included with the product).

Simply present proof that the item you wish to buy from Dragon Impact is being advertised at a price lower than Dragon Impact's retail price. A Sales Associate will need to verify that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale, at which point Dragon Impact will sell you that item at the lower price plus 10% more off the price.

Terms and Conditions :
Dragon Impact will match any advertised price on an identical product (includes the year, model number, manufacturer warranty, components that may be included with the product) currently advertised on Vancouver Island. This offer does not apply to products advertised during Black Friday, Cyber Week, Boxing Week, discontinued, liquidation, close out or clearance products, bonus or free offers, private sales, trade in sales, special orders or auctions, "limited quantity" or door crashers or "one of a kind" offers, after rebate pricing, coupon, club or wholesale pricing, store credits, gift cards or similar cards and any competitors misprinted advertising or out-of-province/territory advertising. This offer also does not apply to advertisments for subscription services.

This offer applies to existing in store stock and does not apply to previously purchased items sold in "as is" condition including refurbished merchandise, floor models, open stock and scratch and dent items are excluded from this offer. Dragon Impact reserves the right to verify competitor pricing and availability of price match items, limit quantities of price match items, and to revoke this promotion and change its terms and conditions without advance notice. Price Match must be requested by the consumer fron Dragon Impact at the time of purchase.

Please be advised! Even though we are authorized dealers, we carry only selected companies and selected models in stock. What we do not have in stock we can order in. Delivery time for special orders can vary from 3 days to an average of 2 weeks (longer times are rare but can occur due to weather or Canadian Customs).

We don't do repairs on knives, paintball markers or airsoft guns as we are strickly a Retail Store.

We can hold products for 1 day (24 hours) without deposit. 1 product, 1 day, for 1 customer. No repeats.

DEPOSITS / LAYAWAY
We accept deposits for layaways on products.
Deposit must be a minimum of 50%. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

DISCOUNTS / WHOLESALE
We offer B2B ( Business to Business ) discounts.
Email us a copy or photo of your business license.
A business license is required. No exceptions.
Provide an email with a written list of the products you are interested in purchasing.
We recommend using our 7 digit model # which can be found on each product's page immediately above # Units in Stock and the Manufactured By.
We will email you a total price generally within 24 hours.
Minimum $200 order.
Our flat rates shipping does not apply.
Exact shipping will be charged.

REPAIR / ASSEMBLY SERVICES
We do not offer repair or assembly services for any product we sell or sold by other retailers.
Dragon Impact does not have the qualifying insurance to cover handling other people's property.
It is recommended that you use free resources available to you such as YouTube or call the manufacturer for any repair work or assembly you require.

PRODUCT ASSISTANCE
We offer free assistance via email only (not over the phone or in-store) for any product purchased from us.
PLEASE NOTE THE ITEM MUST BE PURCHASED FROM DRAGON IMPACT TO QUALIFY FOR FREE ASSISTANCE.
PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED
We do not provide free assistance on products you may have purchased from other retailers.
You should contact the retailer where your item was purchased from for their customer service.

We can provide assistance only service
(this does NOT include repairs, assembly or modifications)
for products not purchased from us on the following conditions :
1) We charge an hourly rate of $200, minimum 1 hour charge. Must be pre-paid.
2) You must book an appointment via email ahead of time.
3) No walk-in customers, an appointment is required and the appointment must be booked via email only.
4) All appointments, if available, are made after store hours.
5) You sign an agreement to acknowledge that Dragon Impact will not repair, alter or assemble your item and that this is verbal assistance only.
6) Dragon Impact reserves the right to refuse for any reason.
It is highly recommended that you contact the retailer where you purchased your item from for assistance, we only provide free assistance to products that were purchased from Dragon Impact.
